　　On March 16, 2024, the LGC5191TXL20 well cleaning and wax removal vehicle produced by the company entered load debugging and was delivered to customers in Xinjiang on March 21, 2024.

　　The car is mainly composed of a car chassis, a three -cylinder plunger pump, a burner, a vehicle mounted special boiler, a water tank, a wax removal water pump, high-pressure pipelines, low-pressure pipelines, fuel system, hydraulic system, and electronic control system.

　　This vehicle is mainly used for normal hot washing and unblocking of production oil wells; High pressure well flushing and pressure testing; Collaborate with well repair operations to remove wax from pipes and rods. It can also be widely used for heating other media, dredging and thawing ground pipelines, cleaning equipment and other construction operations.

　　6、Cold washing pressure of 35MPa, cold washing flow rate of 50m3/h; Hot washing pressure of 20MPa, hot washing temperature of 200 ℃; The wax removal pressure is 6MPa, and the wax removal temperature is 150 ℃.

　　7、The digital display meter displays the electronic control system, with centralized control and real-time monitoring of the pressure, temperature, and flow rate (instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate) of the equipment. It outputs an RS485 signal and has an over temperature and over pressure alarm protection function.
