YLC3000HP Fracturing Truck

　　On March 14, 2024, the YLC3000HP fracturing truck independently developed by our company was manufactured and entered load commissioning. Delivered to the customer and sent to Shandong on March 19, 2024.

　　The car is composed of a car chassis, diesel engine, hydraulic torque converter, five -cylinder plunger pump, hydraulic system, variable frequency electronic control system, and its auxiliary system.

　　This vehicle is mainly a petroleum specific vehicle, mainly used for fracturing, water injection, and sand control operations in oil and gas fields. This equipment can adapt to high-pressure pumping liquid construction, hydraulic sandblasting, high-pressure hydraulic coal mining in coal mines, water injection and exhaust, high-pressure hydraulic rust removal of ships and other operations under various working conditions. It can also be used for high-pressure well washing, pressure testing, or high displacement fluid pumping operations.

　　Main equipment configuration:

1. Shaanxi Automobile SX5419TXJMC6Z1 chassis, Delong M3000 platform cab, 8 × 4 drive, National VI emission standard.
2. Cummins QSK60-C3000 diesel engine.
3. American Double Ring TA90-8501 Hydraulic Torque Converter.
4. SPM 2800 five -cylinder plunger pump.
5. The maximum pressure of the equipment is 105 MPa, and the maximum flow rate is 2257 L/min.
6. 12 "LCD touch screen, monitoring the pressure and flow rate entering the well, displaying the pressure curve of the construction operation, with overpressure alarm protection function and data storage/download function.
