LGC5400TJC well washing truck

　　On April 17, 2024, the company's independently developed LGC5400TJC well washing truck was manufactured and entered load debugging, and was delivered to a customer in Xinjiang on April 23, 2024.

　　The car is composed of a car chassis, a three- cylinder plunger pump, a pressure reducing system, a sand removal system, an inclined tube oil remover, a walnut shell filter, a fiber ball filter, a filter bundle filter, high-pressure pipelines, low-pressure pipelines, an air circuit system, a hydraulic system, and an electronic control system.

　　This vehicle is mainly used for well washing operations of injection wells in oil and gas fields. This equipment can adapt to high-pressure pumping of liquid construction, small-scale hydraulic sandblasting, water injection and exhaust, and oilfield wastewater treatment under various working conditions. It can also be used for high-pressure well washing, pressure testing, or high displacement fluid pumping operations.

　　Main equipment configuration:

　　1、Shaanxi Automobile SX5419TXJMC6Z1 chassis, Delong M3000 platform cab, 8 × 4 drive, National VI emission standard.

　　2、3ZB-250 Three cylinder Plunger Pump

　　3、Five level purified water treatment system (sand removal, oil removal, primary filtration, secondary filtration, and tertiary filtration).

　　4、The agitator of the material filter is driven by hydraulic pressure.

　　5、The maximum working pressure is 40MPa, and the maximum working flow rate is 80m 3/ h. The water treatment equipment has a capacity of 0.6MPa-30m3/h.

　　6、10 "LCD touch screen (Kunteng)+PLC (Siemens, Germany), monitoring well pressure and return water pressure, well flow rate and return water flow rate, pre treatment water quality (suspended solids) and post treatment water quality (suspended solids), displaying the pressure curve of construction operations, with overpressure alarm protection function and data storage/download function.
