LGC5300TYL dual machine dual pump fracturing truck

　　On April 20, 2024, the LGC5300TYL fracturing truck (dual machine and dual pump) independently developed by our company was manufactured and entered load commissioning. On May 15, 2024, the customer sent it to Shandong.

　　The car consists of a car chassis, two diesel engines, two transmissions, two three -cylinder plunger pumps, an electronic control system, and its auxiliary systems.

　　This vehicle is mainly used for fracturing, water injection, and sand control operations in oil and gas fields. This equipment can adapt to high-pressure pumping liquid construction, hydraulic sandblasting, high-pressure hydraulic coal mining in coal mines, water injection and exhaust, high-pressure hydraulic rust removal of ships and other operations under various working conditions. It can also be used for high-pressure well washing, pressure testing, or high displacement fluid pumping operations.

　　1、Shaanxi Automobile SX5419TXJMC6Z1 chassis, Delong M3000 platform cab, 8 × 4 drive, National VI emission standard.

　　2、Weifang 610HP diesel engine.

　　3、Allison or Kaixing transmissions.

　　4、3ZB-500 three cylinder plunger pump.

　　5、The maximum pressure of the equipment is 70MPa, and the maximum flow rate is 2 × 1000L/min.

　　6、12 "LCD touch screen (Kunteng)+PLC (Siemens, Germany), monitoring well pressure and flow rate, displaying pressure curve of construction operation, with overpressure alarm protection function and data storage/download function。
